5 chicks getting bigger

Easter Weekend
As it is Easter there has been a lot of gardening. this is GOOD NEWS as there are a lot of goodies in the freshly turned earth. The robins are very tame, sometinmes coming to within 3 feet.
Still the youngsters grow - Now they are almost filling the nest and are begining to grow their flight feathers. Also we have seen their eyes open for the first time.

Thursday 20th April
The chicks are growing fast, which is not surprising as the Robins have been in and out all day until it is almost dark

Tuesday and Wednesday , 18th and19th April
Very busy all the time flying in and out. Even in the rain on Tuesday the chicks still get fed. They are already a lot larger - keep it up!
